Ender: Feel me rising CD Release Party
John “Ender” Rios has risen quickly to become one of Puerto Rico’s top DJs and producers of House and Tech-House music. Since his arrival in the music scene, “Ender” has worked hard to possess a very professional and wide ranged career.
“Ender”, one of Puerto Rico’s finest DJs releases in the United States and Puerto Rico his well awaited first mixed CD entitled Feel Me Rising. This production contains several original songs and remixes of well-known artists from the island such as Ektor, Itzahyana, Ivan Robles and Nashali. This production brings together John’s unique sound and the talent of these mentioned artists to bring the new age of dance music in Puerto Rico.
In 2000 “Ender” was given the opportunity to begin his career in various clubs. His energy and overwhelming talent quickly led him in 2001 to his first residency. That same year his unmistakable style was noticed and he was booked for his first major event. This career boosting step allowed him the privilege to perform along side important artist such as Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buren, Prodigy, Felix Da Housecat, Max graham, Sander Kleinenberg, Junkie XL, Sandra Collins, Cevin Fisher, Benny Benassi, BT, Gabriel and Dresden, Eric Morillo and Timo Maas to name a few. He has also played in many big events like Tiesto Live at the Hiram Bithorn Stadium, February 2007 (Puerto Rico – 12,000 plus in attendance), Endurance, I Heart House (official after parties of the Detroit Electronic Music Festival in 2005 and 2006 respectively), UMF 2006 (Miami, UMF Caribbean stage), Stereo (Puerto Rico’s Electronic Music Festival), Tiesto in Search of Sunrise Tour 4 (Puerto Rico) to name a few.
When he first began performing “Ender” would describe his style to be “Slick and soulful jazzy grooves” and that his most important musical influence came from chill out beats, jazz and deep soulful house. These days John is playing a Techy Electro up beat filled sound ranging from tech to electro house, but still keeping his slick sensual groove making his performance unique. John “Ender” began the production phase of his career in 2003 and spent the next year working on creating his original sound. Since then he has released many productions on various labels worldwide such as New Era (U.K.), Wallop Recordings (U.K.), CPR Recordings (England), Grooved Music (South Africa), Stranamente Music (Italy), CO2 Recordings (Amsterdam), HMSP Music (New York) and 4-Stroke Produktunes (Belgium).
In the beginning of 2007 “Ender” established JER Recordings, a Tech-House Label, and is currently working with various local and international artists to create a unique sound for this label. John’s label, JER Recordings, is the first Tech-House label home based in Puerto Rico. Support from many international artists has already hit JER Recordings as Cristian Paduraru, Spesh, collin C and many more produce and/or play for John’s label.
With the support that his DJing and productions have received and at the rate at which they are being released John “Ender” Rios has clearly proven that his career choice is perfectly suitable.

“Feel Me Rising”
On May 31st, 2008, Dj and Producer John “Ender” Rios releases his first Mixed CD entitled - “Feel Me Rising”.
Feel Me Risisng fits perfect as the title of this mixed compilation that begings in the Deep House groove and slowly builds up the reach its peak with dance floor filled tunes.
This new release from one of Puerto Rico’s top DJs is filled with his original productions and remixes in collaboration with partner Juan De Varona. Several artists of Puerto Rico from other genres such as Ektor, Itzahyana, Nashali and Ivan Robles have joined John on this new project as remixes of there songs “Say It”, Mitad De Todo” and “Baila Bunda” form part of the “Feel Me Rising” track listing.
“Feel Me Rising” is a new feel and groove in the electronic music scene in Puerto Rico.
